Handle too stiff to pull down -- I found this QR code in my shipment, love the concept - everything from the customer service, shipping, packaging, and all the handles are amazing. I would LOVE to be able to adjust the stiffness to pull down the handle. I understand high quality handles are made this way, but even after applying WD40 it does not seem to be easier.

Copper Bronze handles -- Our kitchen is mainly done around a copper/bronze look and we would love to find some similar color tones for our handles around that area! Very difficult to find!

Weight of products -- Hello! Love your high quality products! I noticed many of your items are solid brass, I was wondering if my door is heavy, would the hinges support it, on top of having a solid brass handle?
